My mother was a victim in the Council on Aging scheme which was Directed (Board of Directors of COA). 
From start to finish, this was orchestrated by experienced fiduciary Connie Aust, who took my mother and her estate completely wiped out her bank accounts...2018 July Marjorie McVey, my mom, Trustee showing balance at nearly $300K. August 2018, Connie Aust removed and replaced My mom as Trustee...she went to Wells Fargo Bank where mom had established Wealth management in 2010, and without mom going to the bank to release authority, Connie began spending my mom's money.

In a few months, Connie closed Value checking which was responsible for Autopay Accounts that paid the monthly bills, including the Live-in family caregiver, me, whose $10/hr. Income was also the household income which was shared for unexpected items that came up.  

Mom was healthy (HOUSE CALLS PATIENT) good bill of health.  This patient was routinely seen FNP ,Jenny, every 3 months.  She took no prescriptions and she was Not a Mental Health Paatient.

This is unfortunate.  Since it was denied by Judge Elliott Daum on 5/23/2019 for NO GOOD CAUSE SHOWN (which does not show on the Court Register)

This is a story where my mother is healthy, but aging. She is getting up & dressing with shoes and socks every day until disrupted by Council on Aging and NON MEDICAL CAREGIVERS increased hours (eliminated family caregivers) that are directed by END OF LIFE COORDINATION of CONNIE.  Forcing my mom to take Liquid Morphine (when she has only taken over the counter ibuprofen to this point) & anti-psychotropics which she has NO EXPERIENCE....and NOT ALLOWED OUT OF BED...   

In 12 months time, mom is FOUND DEAD ...paying $216K (low ballpark figure) for 24 hour care which she is stimulus deprived (denying mom tv, telephone and her IPAD- even her Bible.

CoVid19 denying me Court ordered visitation, meaning mom was left in her room where she eventually is FOUND DEAD...
