Hi - I'd like to express my experience with CZone Solutions/Adept Help and hopefully my experience will prevent you from falling into the same trap.

10/28/2018 - I had trouble accessing my laptop and called customer service that was on the manufactured box my laptop came with.  In order for Adept Help to assist me, I needed to sign a 10 year service plan for $499.99 for any issues/support related to my computer/laptop.  I signed up for the plan thinking - okay so this is like warranty.

10/30/2019 - I had trouble with my laptop again, possibly the anti-virus software has expired and needed updating.  I called Adept Help once more for assistance and they said in order for them to diagnose my laptop I should sign up for lifetime firewall, software coverage and support all for the price of $1499.99.  I am not the most literate when it comes to tech support so I trusted that this team would provide me the service I needed.

10/27/20 -  I had trouble logging onto the website to access different pages.  I contacted Adept Help and they tried to sell me another package in order to diagnose my issue for $299.99.  I told them that the prior year I had already purchased a lifetime package and this should be included in my contract.  I shouldn't have to pay more to diagnose the issue on hand.  The rep told me they couldn't go further to diagnose my problem unless I agree to the terms of purchasing another plan.  I was furious at this point because they not only wouldn't help me on my tech issue they want to ask for more money!!  A plan that I had already paid into.  I then told them that I want to cancel my service since they are not doing what I signed up for.  They told me I would receive a full refund and that my plan is cancelled.  Weeks, months went by and I called them to say I haven't received my full refund via check.  I then opened a dispute with my credit card company only to find a dead end as the credit card company needed more proof for the claim.  What proof can I provide when it was promised verbally that they would refund me in full??

2/26/21 - I contacted Adept Help once more and the numbers I had on file were disconnected.  Somehow they were able to contact me and I expressed to them I need it in writing that you would return my refund in full.  The rep said because I filed a dispute with their company it is no longer in their hands and that it is the banks that will handle the dispute.  He could no longer help or assist me on my refund.

I am out of ideas on how I can retrieve my money.  I want to send a message to the public to beware of this company and not fall into this money pit trap!!  I can see there were prior cases against this company in 2018.  How shady of this company to not have a working contact number also!

Thanks
