I found the car on car gurus looked at all the pics and decided to go to dealer to look at car. I went up there and they had 2 idetical lexus rx350 the one i wanted was $6900 but the dash was peeled off which they purposly did not show in the online pics. So because of that i looked at the other lexus by this time it was dark and so i decided i wanted the one with no dash peeling.

So we go inside she told me the 2nd lexus was only a couple of thousand more so im thinking $8900. we go in she wants me to do a credit app.I had 8000 cash and thats all i wanted to spend. I told her i have the worlds worst credit theres no way they will approve me. she says just try so i did. the car total had now shot up from $8900 to $13,999.

She comes back tells me im approved and that they are doing me a huge favor cause now i can rebuild my credit. they are closing aby the time i left there they had the price at this time and are rushing me threw all this paperwork never telling me my interest rate or anything important. i asked her if for some reason dont like the car can i bring it back?

she said ive never heard of that and just blew me off. So on the 2nd day i had it i notice the dash has a huge crack in it on passenger side that i never saw in the dark but she knew it was there and knew i didnt buy the other one for that specific reason and didnt say a word to me. So i brought it back to the dealer and told them i dont want this car.

Now Amy was irritated with me cause she would have to do addtl paperwork so i told her i would pay her $300 under the table if she helped me switch out this car. She said come on down. So i go down there and pick out a nissan pathfinder that they said was a solid car perfect condition will not give me any problems at all the price for this car was $8995.

When i walked out it was 15,000. now i owe $7000 the cars only worth $8000 blue book but with my credit they ended up charging me 25% interest which added $7000 to the original price. So that was bad enough then the car breaks down on me 9 days later just stops on me.  I call them up and say are ya'll gonna fix this car and have it towed to there shop.

When i get there they tell me theres nothing they can do and if i want it fixed i must pay them $2700. I told them to go suck an egg and to gio get my keys we will fix it ourselves cause im not giving them another dime. To my amazment the service guy takes my keys away from me tells me i cant have my car lies to my face saying the finance company says they need to know where im getting it fixed b4 i can have my keys .

Tells me its not my car and walks inside with my keys refusing to give them back. I call finance they have no idea what he is talking about so he has now stolen my keys. I go back to get them the next day they hand them to me and i leave.

I had the car fixed by my husband for less than $500. This place is immoral, they are liars, cheaters, scammers, and should be put out of business. They are defauding customers and its just so maddening theres nothing you can do to stop them. THEY ARE CROOKS-DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE LIARS!!!!!

You Failed To Exercise Sound Judgment

AUTHOR: coast - (United States)

POSTED: Sunday, February 23, 2020

The dealer increased the price of the first car by $5000 but you were ok with that. You signed a loan agreement without knowing the interest rate. You overlooked the cracked dashboard because you failed to properly inspect the car. If it’s too dark to inspect the car then come back tomorrow. Then you agreed to pay $15000 for a second car that was worth $8000.

For some reason you consider the condition of the dash to be more important than the condition of the moving parts of the engine. How did that work out for you? Not too good, huh?

You don’t understand the terms of an as-is agreement. Your report does not support your claims of fraud, false advertising or a credit scam. It is evident that you possess insufficient negotiating skills, lack common sense and are suffering from two cases of buyer’s remorse. Happy motoring!

As stupid does. I have know about this dealership and they deal in high end sports cars for people with bad credit - paying the dealership 300 "under the table"?? Can you talk ILLEGAL??? And where was your husband when you were making this deal in the DARK??

You got what you paid for therefore you are liable for the note on this car. Don't like it? Too bad. And NO I do not work for these people and I only hope you do not work in the school system because your spelling is just horrific.

You People Are a Joke!

AUTHOR: Momo - (United States)

YOU fail to read and understand the paperwork. YOU fail to read the financial terms of the deal. YOU fail to see this was an apparent "As Is" deal because YOU don't have the COMMON SENSE to READ what you are agreeing to! YOU fail to properly check out the car.

Absolutely incredible and it's all their fault, isn't it? (Now's the time to write back something stupid like "you must work for them"!
