On 10/28/20 I purchased this product:Plum Wine Holiday Santa with Lighted Christmas Tree

THE WHITE COAT+TREE $55.98. On 11/17 I received a GREEN holiday Santa,   I contacted the company via email to complain and request a refund and an address where I could return the merchandise.  I have received 3 replies from 2 different people, offering me LESS than what I paid, and to keep the merchandise. They will not give me an address to return the product. ALSO, they did not enclose any packing/receipt with the package. I just want my FULL pay amount of $55.98 returned to me. I don't want the product they sent.
