Dedicated Credit Repair Did not perform services they promised! Murrieta CA

I will not be using this company ever again!!!!!!!!! Tiffany the owner was very rude and unprofessional to my lender. Additionally, I paid this company $400, and nothing was done! They have no problem asking for more money.   I will provide supporting documents/emails/post/telephone conversations upon request and let you be the judge. Bottom line save your money!!!! She was advised that Tiffany was not avail. I initially provided Dedicated Credit Repair with an updated credit report when I obtained your services on 12/31/2020 which reflect that i already had a 724 fico score and that the items you so called disputed were never even on my credit report yet you are reporting a 73% success rate in removing items from my Equifax report. Additionally, you also are reporting (taking credit) that you have removed a negative account from my Trans Union account (Department of Veteran Affairs), when in fact I removed this account myself only after speaking with a supervisor and submitting additional documentation that I received from my lender and within (5) days my Trans Union credit report had been updated. As of to date, I have paid at least $400, with no results.

I will give Dedicated Credit Repair one more month (a total of 4 months) and if by then I dont see any results i will have not other choice but to cancel my subscription. 2/18/2021 William. After providing them with my documentation only then was my credit report updated. Sun River Strive for excellence!!!??? Then please tell everyone why you are reporting that Dedicated Credit Repair removed 8 negative items on my Equifax credit report? I already had a 745 fico score with no negative accounts but yet you claimed there were 8 items that you disputed and were able to get them removed...This is a lie! If you look at my notes for 3/11/21, in the above I even questioned you about this but i got no clear answer. Three months (not 45 days as you claim) that I have been a client. Everyone please take a look at the diagram below and see for yourself that absolutely nothing has been removed. And please do not take credit for the removal of Dept. of Veterans Affairs!! This was all my doing!!!! Nevertheless you are still trying to take credit for something you had no involvement!!
