 I hired Denver Painting Pro, LLC (Owner - Luciano Perez) to install drywall/sheetrock in my home and paint. The agreed upon completion was 5-days. It took Denver Painting Pro nearly 2 weeks to complete the project. Half way through the job, the owner asked for a 50% payment because he said he could not pay his employees.

Even though the agreement indicated payment would be made upon completion of the job. The contractor's employees left gouges in the sheetrock, over-sprayed doors, fixtures and equipment that should not have been spray painted (such as doors, garage door openers, and yard sprinkler system control box). The employees damaged my garage door openers and the company owner did not want to pay for repair of the garage door opener. Terrible, service.
