there is something blocking me. how convenient when it comes to payout. going to file a complaint on www.ripoffreport.com
They have advised me that the email we get does not have the same thread as the email we sent you. You will only need to reply to the email, you don't need to delete any information when replying.
I'm not deleting anything in the chain
The emails we get don't have the information as if it was a reply.

We have several emails with 2nd, 3rd and 4th attempt, all of them are empty. Also, we have not received any emails from today. Make sure you're actually selecting "reply" since the thread was also missing in yesterdays emails.

i just sent a delivery and read receipt email to one of my emails and it works like a charm
In this case we recommend you to change the email on file to a gmail domain to assure you that the email will be received by us, as of now, we have no emails from today.

We did receive that email Sir, but you did not reply with the thread. We need all the information from the previous email we sent you, and is showing as if you deleted it.
