Doggykingdom Poor Customer Service Alfred-Feierfeil
I live in the United States and recently purchased a dog harness from Doggykingdom based in Austria. The harness I received was not well made and it did not securely fit my dog who was able to easily slip out of it and was almost hit by a car.
Doggykingdom pointed the finger at me for ordering the wrong size harness and refused to refund or exchange the harness for the reason that it did not comply with their Refund Policy.
