non-partner professional rate was at that time. So
whether that's rates that firm used for other
non-partners or for you with certain clients if you
were billed out as a non-partner? I'm trying to
understand the rate structure in a clumsy way.
A. 185 sticks out in my head. I would say
around 185 would be the range.
Q. And that's true from 2000 -- well, let
me ask you: During what time frame were you billed
out as a partner at 275 when you think the correct
rate would have been the non-partner rate of 185?
A. Definitely my last year there.
Q. 2016?
A. Yes, absolutely.
Q. How about before that?
A. I don't know for sure. I know it was
definitely being done in 2016.
