When Ruben Rojas worked his way into a refund on eBay, they would not remove the feedback I left for him, ripping me off of the sale amount for a technicality. eBay, San Jose, California, is of no help, and they refused to remove that feedback, thereby leaving inaccurate feedback for the buyer shiprekt was was nothing but a pick a pick picky buyer who demanded a refund over a technicality. I respect my buyers, but not in this case. Had eBay simply removed the positive feedback, which was no longer valid, then there would be no ripoff.

  Sellers have to have recourse when eBay prevents them from doing that. Sellers beware of buyer shiprekt, as he is a very picky and demanding buyer and I recommend blocking him. If he had not been so obstinant there would be no ripoff, but I feel I was ripped off, even though he would say the same thing. All over a video game called Einhander. These people don't care about the game, they only care about money and how much they can profit. Bad buyers. Sellers, beware of shiprekt on ebay.

Not only that, as a seller, do not leave positive feedback right away for this very reason. I learned that it is not feedback hostage, but a way to protect against pick a pick picky pick a pick buyers who nitpick over stupid details. Protect yourself!
