I went on Ebay for the first time as a buyer about a month ago.  I created an account and looked for what I which was a cluster panel for the car.  It said I could send it back and get a refund if it did not work.  So I purchased it for $95 and received the product and all the digital did not work and was worse than the one I had in the car.  So I signed into my account and asked for a refund in which the seller said I could get a refund if I sent it in by the 14th.

I signed again the next day to print the mailing tracking label that I needed to send it back but it all the sudden did not accept my password and soon I got email saying something like:  "Account Suspended Indefinately and this can't be appealed."  The email said to sign into my account to find out why.  HOW CAN I SIGN IN IF I AM NOT ALLOWED ACCESS.  Now of course there is no phone number listed that give you a live person at Ebay and there is no email address to put in a complaint or resolve the issue.

You are just always sent to an internet page or "help" page that is "no help" at all for me.  It did sugest I could give them a ONE TIME PAYMENT to turn it back on.   I of course was not going to pay them anything because it was their fault and I was not going to be extorted.  So I called the seller and told him my problem of not being able to sign into ebay to print out the lable.  He said:  "No problem.  Just send it back to us and I will give you the refund."  I paid and sent it on that day.

It should have only take a few days.  Almost two weeks later Ebay sends me an email saying that the seller wants them to settle the dispute and told me to sign in and see what the dispute was.  HOW CAN I SIGN IN!?  It just says:  Account suspended when I try to sign in.  Then a day later Ebay says they made their final decion and that they ruled in front of the seller because the seller claimed they received it on the 17th instead of the 14th and ended the email with "case closed."

Therefore Ebay shutting my account down was not only their fault but to theirs and the sellers financial gain because the shutting down of my account for reasons they did not list was basically setting me up for failer on purpose.  Therefore I will NEVER USE EBAY AGAIN and suggest nobody else does either because they are a potentially hostile and illegal and unfair and unsafe service who potentially extorts people out of money to reopen an account that should have never been shut down in the first place and then fault me for not being able to print out their lable to get my advertised refund.

Case Close.
