This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The bed has had problems from the beginning with no end in sight. Now 10 months in, the mattress is a king size sponge that is totally unusable due to the cover leaking water.

If I could give this product a minus star it would be -10.‎ ‌‌For everyone considering purchasing this mattress & cover take a look at the photos and move on, do not lose your hard-earned money.
