I won bitcoin on a promo which led me to ekzeo.com after being told I would get my winnings after completing my KYC I was then promoted to pay $350 in bitcoin because I had one it on a promo and over $500 in Bitcoin. They said as a means to prevent fraud. I didn't have the money so I had to borrow it from my son who told me if I did not repay him he would never speak to me again. I got online with ekzeo customer chat and I explained to them the predicament I was very candid with them. I wanted to make sure that I would be able to get my winnings after I did this. And I asked them specifically would there be anything else I would need to do if I were to go ahead and do this and all they said was for me to go ahead and deposit the $350 from the wallet in which I am going to be transferring it to that I would get the 350 and Bitcoin back plus my winnings. So I went ahead and I paid it. Immediately afterwards then it prompted me to pay $800 worth of bitcoin because it gave me the same reason that it was one on the promo that was over $500 in Bitcoin and because I was a new client. I was very upset about this. And when I confronted them on what they had told me previously and not informing me that I have to pay additional money. My ability to communicate with them was promptly shut off. I kept getting an error notice saying they were shut down due to the flood. So I opened up a different account under a different email address. To see if indeed they were having issues with their customer service chat. And there were no issues so I took snapshots of my other account showing the error message and I contacted them. They immediately shut that account down instantly. I still cannot access this money and Bitcoin I'm out the 350 dollars and it's put a strain on the relationship with my son but this time doesn't really want to talk to me. I've made reports to every agency that I can think of and get nothing has happened. These people are still in operation and I'm still without my money.
