elementearthcbd Have not sent my package out and no customer service when required Harriman N.Y.

On October 16 2024 I had placed a order from elementearthcbd, I also paid for the USPS express mail well here it is almost a week later and the package still has not reached the post office after almost a week, I have left messages in the contact us section, also I have left voice mails on the phone, they have no customer service what so ever, they do not care about their customers but Instead take your money and do not send your product.

The total disrespect of not even attempting to call back is disgusting, I should of known better to buy anything since they really don't have much of a selection, I gave them my business because it was in the same state the company is so I thought this was a good choice but I am wrong, my warning to anyone buying off them is procede with caution, they have lost a customer, I am only speaking from my experience with them.
