Elite Auto Group Took my down payment and never returned it. Once sales contract was canceled and car was returned within 6 days no down payment was returned still to this very day. Fredricksburgh Virgina

 Elite Auto has done this to others recently just because a person returns a car its not always Buyers Remorse in every situation and Buyers remorse does not overide every car purchase situatuon!

The loan was just not cancelled because "I didn't want it anymore" , Elite Auto Group is not a trust worthy company not only based on me returning the car becuase they are not trust worthy but the car was also returned for other reasons that will not be placed into this actuall repaort. There is a contract involved as far as saying buyers remorse its not a matter of just that becuase the entire issue will not be solely resolved on rippoffreport.com. Elite Auto Group had scammed other individuals recently as well as not returned other people's deposits and money!

 Its not buyers remorse because there was a contract involved and also contracts states I can take car back and revieve refund so in that instance whethere I am suffering buyers remorse or not I am very well elgible for a refund.

Why was the loan cancelled? 

 It was canceled becuase I didnt want it anymore and also I found the business could not be trusted as well is and was doing shady unethical practices.
