I spent an afternoon contacting merchant services that provide payment processing for a high risk business.  Most companies contacted had a very profressional greeting upon answering the phone and took some inquiry in the nature of the call and explained fees and the process for the business. 

Not with e merchant brokers.  They answered the phone saying hello, how's it going.  After explaining the nature of the call he went into a speal about how important the company is.  Lots of noise in the background.  The more questions I asked about the business the more upset he got. 

Telling me to be quiet and that humbly he was going to set me straight.  I asked about BBB rating as all the other companies had an A+ rating.  He took great offense to that and lost all cander and began raising his voice at me. 

The website is very low on the scale of design. lots of text that is low in design quality along with the site.  He spoke like in his 20's but the website states they have been in relationships with banks like Bank of America for over 20 years. 

When I asked him about this...he again got very upset and said I had no right asking about his age or income.  I replied that I could not believe I reached the owner of the company on the phone and also all the noise in the background. 

I was simply concerned hiring a payment processing company that is resposible for my clients credit card transactions and finding out it's one guy at his house watching tv.  That is very worriesome...I told him.  He then yelled as he hung up the phone.  

Cannot state but he is a one man team that has figured out somehow to get people into the hemp business.  Very shady but you can call to find out for yourself.  I would not recommend gving this man any money for services as the BBB as stated they are processing many claims against Seaward at this time.  

Not a scam but close enough as he has figured out the niche market obstacle with payment processing and has found a way to take advantage of those wanting to get into that market.  GO WITH seawardpay.com.  Professional call center, staff, website and an A+ rating with the BBB
