On November 30th 2024, I placed an order worth 94.75 (CAD). In december I sent emails from 3 different email accounts (After they didn't respond to the one my order is linked to) and they didn't respond. After another month of cthree emails a week, I contacted social media accounts, and on instagram, they said my order would me worked on right away. This was not done and so 2 weeks after that, I sent emails to cancel my order and I have gotten on response.
