We booked an apartment at the Aria Ocean through Estefania Villarreal Crisosto from the century21 agency in advance and so far everything is fine. Once we got to the place we couldn't enter because the one who should have received us, which is Estefanía Villarreal Crisosto, she did not answer our calls and our messages to give us the keys. As a result, we had to book another room and after all this chaos we didn't even get our money back. Surfing the Internet a few days later, we noticed that on the well-known website booking.com it is not possible to book (as reported in the attached link) due to previous fraud.

Una vez que llegamos al lugar no pudimos entrar porque la que debería habernos recibido, que es Estefanía Villarreal Crisosto, no respondió nuestras llamadas y nuestros mensajes para entregarnos las llaves. Como resultado, tuvimos que reservar otra habitación y después de todo este caos ni siquiera nos devolvieron el dinero. Navegando por Internet unos días después, notamos que en el conocido sitio web booking.com no es posible reservar (como se informa en el enlace adjunto) debido a fraudes previos.

I too was a victim. They threatened me not to say anything, so I didn't do anything. Then I found out that Estefania was part of Jack Levy's NXIVM sect.
