I booked a hotel/flight with EzyStayz. When I got to my hotel, there was no record of me ever having a reservation there. It turns out they had never even booked it! They just took my money and run. 

I contacted support and they just said something about this is how their agreements worked and basically implied that I was an idiot for having thought this wouldn't happen. Like I should have known this was a scam from the start? 

They won't offer a refund. Stay away from this company!!
