Vendor promised updates and shipment. But this has not happened. Flowershave was initial vendor where purchase and payment was made. Goes by Highlife Technology. Also goes by CHEN JINGXING. On November 17, the support email from Flowershave link worked and the reply said I’d get an update on shipping.
This has not happened.s Tracking app cannot find any shipment. I tried communicating further with Flowershave through customer support email I used before, but it does not work now. Cannot find Flowershave Store online either—the store link did not work ton January 2, 2020. This company appears to be a fraud. I reported to PayPal and asked for cancellation and refund, but have not received help.
