iWorship Center Church ordered a steel building from General Steel.

When the verification of the purchase order came there was an added misc. charge of $5,226.30 on the form.
The only explanation they gave was that the price of steel had risen.

Phone calls to the company did not result in any more explanation about the contracted price being increased.
