An Italian man, well-dressed came into the store where I work trying to offer me some supposedly authentic Italian Jackets. He claimed he hadn't sold enough of them at the store and needed to sell them before he had to go back to Italy.

For some reason, his Italian was really good (I'm an Italian speaker myself), and because I didn't know better, I ended up buying it. I now completely regret having done that, as I looked it up and it's a known scam. Paid 150 for 3 jackets! Wish I'd known better.
