I tried to place an order for an engraved metal urn, as this is advertsied on the site I thought it should be available. I couldnt find a way to engrave so I called their support. They said that they don't currently offer engraving on metal urns, and if I wanted custimazation I needed to buy a wood urn. I said that the reviews of the metal urn I was looking at said the customer had a beautiful engraving on their metal urn. The reviews were suspicious to begin with as they all had perfect punctuation and grammer, but regardless they said it wasnt available and never ha been.  

So I decided to switch to a wood urn and they walked  me through how to put in what I wanted printed on the urn. I ended up completing the purchased through the website and after a few days I did receive a "wood" urn. "Wood" is in perenthesis becuase it was clearly not wood but MDF or fiber board.  There was also a Made in China sticker on the inside bottom of it. This is espeically frustration because their website clearly said that it would be made in America by a veteran. 

I called back that same day but there was no answer, and no answer for the following 3 days. When I finally got them back on the phone to get a refund they said no becuase the item was customized. I told them that the print looked awful, it was crooken and seemed to be blurry. I also told them that it was NOT made in America and was a poor wood substitute. They guy told  me that the items are shipped from America, and only some items are made in America, but not my wood item. It was very clealy written on their site that the wood items are made in America, this clearly was not. 

They continue to refuse to refund me or even answer my emails anymore. I am so fed up with companies like this clealry lying on their sites because they think most consumers will not know any better but I do and they are falsely claiming things on their site.
