Green Thumbs Garden Lisa Horrible quality control. Rude customer service. Smartt Tennessee
This company has poor quality control on what they send you. They have no qualms about sending out dead plants and then inconveniencing the customer to make them mail them back to get a refund. They shouldn't be sending out dead plants in the first place, especially since the problem was obvious. They also sent me poorly rooted hedge plants. Sadly, some looked like they were just torn out of the ground, leaving their roots behind. No, plants without roots are not dormant, they are dead.
Their customer service person, Lisa, does not offer a service, but she does offer a generous portion of snark and sarcasm. She will send email after email about how great they are with many "have a nice day" endings, when in reality this company makes sure customers have to waste their time trying to get their money back after they receive the dead plants. I will never order from them again.
