HANGZHOU HORECA TECHNOLOGY Lucia Gu, Jayce Dong, Kyrstal Hong Ripped me off for 4600 Dollars HANGZHOU ZHEJIANG ,XIAOSHAN,

I sent them 4600 dollars in June of 2021 for scooters and never received so much as a tracking number.  The one girl stopped responding to me Krystal Dong and the other one took over for her  3 months later, with no expanation.  Turns out the first girl still works there.

They partially refunded 150 and alibaba lost the money. Their site would not allow me to use my credit cards back then, so I had to wire the money. I had purchased a scooter off of alibaba in the past, so I wasn't expecting to get scammed.

Now Ms Gu is threatening to keep my money if I tell people about this horrible experience.  Well, since they pretty much have my money and refuse to refund it,  the only solution is to take their future sales.  The offered to give it to alibaba to refund (see attached); but since they already lost the 150, that's not an option.

Alibaba only allows the refund to the original purchase method. Well, apparently this is an issue for them to pull off since I used their intermediary bank and they get 'confused' when refunding. No issue 'receiving' the monies however..   Curious isn't it.
