The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Je Benjamin Haguel during an onsite inspection held by a third-party verification company with no biases towards TCB Pay LTD.
Benjamin Haguel stated the following about his company TCB Pay, "so what we do is very simple. We do payment processing payment acquiring through banking. We do this in different sectors. The lower sector is extremely competitive and the high-risk sector is not as competitive."
Leads for TCB Pay are primarily obtained through merchants and agents. Mr. Haguel stated the following about the sales and services process for TCB Pay, "agents get paid through a referral revenue share. So the higher the risk is the less we are going to share. So let's say you are going to bring a nail salon on you know it is low risk. We are going to give customers up to 70% of the profit that the merchant generates. And then let's say you bring on an adult entertainment website which is super high risk. We are going to give customers usually 30% of the profit generated." Mr. Haguel additionally stated the service process for his customers, "so what makes us different than others is first we are a small company and people are fed up with large companies.
Consumers are fed up with mega huge companies that don’t do anything. You can see it in the hotel industry with the smaller hotels over the huge ones. And the reality is people come to see our number 1 because they get a referral from an Agent. Number 2 because we are going to give them the equipment. Number 3 because we personally take care of our customer service. We do not relay necessarily unless after hours. During work hours and business days, we do not relay to customer support. We do it ourselves in house. For example, we have a merchant in California that is extremely low risk and the guy must bring us $40 and this is the third terminal we are sending him.
At this point, we just want a happy client and he's happy you know but his terminal broke...well he broke the terminal we expect because his staff is not being very careful. But what are we going to do? We give him a new terminal every time which is $100 every time and that is what we do. Now also when we are trying to grow our business speaking of we come with bigger products such as point of sale or number of terminals. We also have our payment gateway which is for online merchants and we will provide them some perks that are pretty unique."
CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – TCB PAY LTD
Mr. Haguel was asked to describe the escalation process for a client who was not satisfied with the level of service they received. He stated the following, "Well number one we have the support team of TCB Pay. Then if they are still not happy well it goes to a manager and then if they are still not happy it goes to the executives. I am going, to be honest with you I think only one case has come to me historically outside of the high risk. It goes both ways I guess. They tend to want everything on their end and we tend to try to prove to them that their demands are unreasonable if they are. If they are reasonable we try to meet them."
When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Haguel expressed that that one comment was a personal attack from a friend who did not do business with TCB Pay, and the second was from a potential client not wanting to proceed due to fees which he was already aware of.
In order to ensure that clients are receiving the best experience possible TCB Pay is dedicated to providing clear expectations and communication with their clients. Mr. Haguel stated the following, "The mode is to get personal. We don’t live in the same mode that we did in 2012 in the sense that back then I make a customer unhappy and arguing was one thing. Now we literally have someone in the office that takes care of this. You need to have someone in your organization directly taking care of this because the public image in 7 years has changed so much that people don’t even have the patience to wait for anything. So yes we do. We don’t let anything go to aggravation which is why there is nothing on TCB Pay. The only thing on TCB Pay is a friend of mine told me that this happened to them. Not even the person complaining. It is a person complaining about a person potentially complaining. So because we took care of it so well that nobody ever complains directly. And that person that complained was a friend complaining that the next day said I am sorry for the harm I caused because I do not know this person. I am sure that they work hard and that they are good people but all I know is my friend said this and I reacted out of emotion."

Benjamin Haguel and HB Investments contacted me back in February indicating that they could provide commercial real estate financing for my company. I sent Benjamin $5,600 for one deal and $4,000 for another. My sellers asked for proof of funds and Benjamin provided an apparently fraudulent bank letter stating that he had $20m in funds available to lend. This bank letter was fraudulent in and of itself and provided no contact information to verify the funds. Benjamin provided me with two loan commitment letters and eventually backed out on each deal siting bogus reasons for the withdrawal. Two days after receiving my money, Benjamin took off to France claiming that his father was sick and about to die. Likely story right? Benjamin is nothing but a fraud, a cheat and a liar.
