I placed an online order for a medical K Laser Cube. A sales manager "Ignasius Werang" emailed me with invoice detailing the laser, shipping cost and where to wire funds. Sales manager emailed back stating that soon as funds were verified my purchase would be shipped.
I have emailed several times requesting tracking info and estimated time of delivery for my purchase. Each time I've received a automated email message stating my message was sent successfully and their service team would be getting back to me.
The company phone number dose not work. The email for billing@healthmedicaldevices, and customer service is fraudulent or illegal .
