Hiley Mazda of Arlington Refusing to take off add ons Arlington Texas

Add ons that I asked to be removed from the loan documents were not taken off. I was told that they could remove them as soon as the loan was finalized. It has been almost 4 months and the add ons are still on my loan account.

I have confirmed with my loan holder that no payments have been sent and they are not showing anything on their side that the process has been started. I was misled by being told that this would be an easy fix and now no one will take responsibility or call me back to confirm that the process has even been started on their side despite me having sent the required signatures and paperwork in.

The finance associate will gaslight and blatantly lie to you to get you to sign paperwork. I was pressured to stay after hours and sign paperwork that was incorrect. I told them that I could sign paperwork the next day if they email me the corrected forms and they refused to let me do this. I was coerced in to signing paperwork that the associate had admitted to noticing was wrong; he claimed that he could not correct the paperwork until the next day. I  was made to stay at the dealership past their closing time despite arriving at 5pm (they closed at 8). He never called me back and I had to follow up almost 2 weeks later to get an answer on anything. 

Even after the loan had been finalized, I did not hear back from them. It took an entire month past finalization to get the necessary paperwork to complete my request. I sent it back, completed, immediately and that was a month ago. I still have not heard anything regarding this issue.
