Blatant deceptive trade practices; after changing my monthly spending target to $100, HomeAdvisor continued to charge almost $1,000 per month in the six weeks since to a total of $1,436.97 while we accepted zero leads from Home Advisor. The "Spending Target" web page gives NO warning that most lead types are exempt from the "spend target" per the Terms and Conditions.

Home Advisor's spend target web page is intentionally unclear and blatantly misleading. It allows me to turn a knob that has no affect on my spending target.
