*Consumer Comment: FACTS
For my firm, I have placed two orders with this company. Every order is transported to a different location, is delayed, and has a quantity missing. I wonder if experts are in charge of this organization.
First order: cable was sent to the incorrect address and was never received. Elena then said that it will either be sent back or reimbursed. As of yet, no reimbursement
Second order: completely incorrect things were ordered. Who is packing the orders, I wonder?

In both cases, as per your words, items sent were not correct and delivery was made to the wrong location...again that's per your own words. Therefore, a reasonable person would conclude their is a serious Customer Service Problem within this Company, correct? So then, please tell us how does this equate to the definition of a "SCAM"? Most assuredly there are very clear Quality Control and Customer Service problems which need to be fixed! Before you shoot off your mouth using phraseology regularly but incorrectly used by the current generation, perhaps YOU should learn the definition of words rather than looking foolish as there is a huge difference between "SCAM" and "order fulfillment". BOTTOM LINE: No "SCAM" here. Just someone using a regularly OVERUSED WORD to exaggerate when the problem is Customer Service.
