This woman converted a 5 bedroom house into a 12 room small hotel.

She has stiffed numerous contractors. The place has structrual damage, nearly all the windows need replacing, foundation needs repair, the pool doesn't work, foundation cracks throughout the house.  HVAC system is faulty. 

She's a con artist, a liar and a cheapskate. Contractors fed up with and several people staying in her mini hotel complain about her abuse or lied to about amenities.
