Horizon Solar sungevity Sunrun solar Had solar system installed 2 yr ago, been having electrical problems since, then feb 2020 i lost power to find out the solar system was back feeding to much power to my electrical main service panel 3 different times Hemet Ca

Before having solar installed I have never ever had any problems with my electrical main service panel.  After they installed is when I started having problems  lights would dim, flicker. Starting Feb 2020 I lost power  I went to check my electrical panel and smelled burning,  heard sparks,  sizzeling inside of it. Scared me to death I called Edison they said call 911 for fire dept so I did  come to find out Edison shut off the solar and it stopped  he turned it back on then it did it again  I had witnesses there to see and hear this cause I also called my friend I was so scared I thought my house would burn down. 

We couldn't believe what we seen. Edison said to keep it off  he shut everything off. I was told to get a electrician there asap. I reached out to social media  and my friend ref one to me that lives in my community  he wouldn't answer  so my friend told me where he lived  so my friend and I went to his house.   He came right over  he was wow  it melted the main onto the busbar  panel.  It also fried 2 others so he replaced them and got it all back on  well  a month went by here it went again  same thing  called Edison,  the fire dept, and electrician  Edison stayed till electrician  got to my house.  I was terrified.   

I called sunrun  told them. They sent message to horizon  they sent out this tech travis that was very rude disrespected  me calling me a liar  in so many words he said  solar doesn't feed my electrical panel  well yes it does.  He said the busbar is damaged  I'm like duh cause thier system back fed my panel  causing all this.  He promised he would have a new busbar in about 2 weeks  well 3 months later.  I have been thru this 3 times. 

After 3 months  they finally got the new busbar  and replaced it   well just before they got done  with it  I was then informed that my electrical panel was damaged when they first installed the system  but never ever told me a word about it.  He continues to tell.me they have pics at his office at horizon to prove it. I told him why wasn't I told about this until now  2 yrs later they put my life in danger  and my house could have burned down.   I demanded him to send me this proof  well haven't received anything.  All during these 5 months I had to pay 550.00 out of my pocket  for thier screw ups  why would they hook up the system to my main service panel  knowing it was bad and not fixing it not saying a dam word to me about it.  But 2 yrs later after all this put me thru then they tell me oh we are not reimbursing  you anything  that this was a preexisting problem. 

They refuse to reimburse  they refuse to send this so called dated proof photos to me. Why would they take it upon themselves and just install anyway.  Many things don't add up.  this is fraud this is bad business,  they endangered my life, they refuse to reimburse 550.00 dollars .  I want thier crap off my house , I want all payments paid back,  they even refused to just upgrade the panel so the solar won't back feeding my main.  They claim I have a 125 amp panel  well my main is a 100 amp not 125 .  They never gave me a choice to fix my service panel  if it really was bad but just hook into it anyway. 

 I'm being lied to, they are a fraud,  they endangered my life cause of thier incompetent work.  I want all thier crap removed from my property  and I demand 2 years of payments back, and the costs I had to pay out of 550.00  and any damages done to my roof,  electrical panel  , my stucco wall where they drilled into my wall for thier equipment . I want all damages repaired and or replaced. I want to sue them.  They could have killed me and my animals..  if and a attorney sees this and can take case on contingency  please contact me  I'm terrified still this will happen again  even though they put a new busbar in  when it back feeds it will happen again
