Verizon refused to let tmobile pay off my account when tmobile was advertising saying they would pay off your phone because verizon is a crap holeof a company

Verizon is a craphole of a cell phone company. They refused to send T-Mobile information for my phone with them to be paid off. Instead they sent the past due balance to a collectionn agency & reported it to my credit files. Verizon fought tooth and nail not to allow T-Mobile to pay off my phone.
I'm glad I left Verizon. They are nothing but a bunch of criminals. I saw on one youtube video these managers at a verizon store called the police to a customer for trying to get their refund that Verizon promised customers for overcharging them. Verizon managers are complete scumbags.
It just makes my blood boil how these managers we're smiling their heads off. Because they falsely called the police on a customer who was just trying to get a refund which Verizon promised them. But I'm sure the people on this site would defend the managers actions.
