Signed up for skin rejuevantation treatment paying over $1500 for 3 treatments. Due to availailbity I had to schedule in 2 locations and wait over 4 weeks for my first appointment. On the day of my treatment, as I am walking out the door I get a call from the facility that they had to reschedule my appointment because the Esthetician called in sick.

Mind you today is the first day of over 70 degree weather here in SEattle in months so not surprised. What surprised me is I have to wait until JULY and push my services out until September. I requested a full refund and told that they have to file a case and will take my 3-4 days for thier determination.

They have had my money for months, I have been ready for my service and they cannot provide. Customer Service was RUDE and not helpful.
