We took our golf cart to J and J Auto for specific work to be done. It was in the garage 3 months. There were 2 invoices where an installation was charged on both invoices so we were double charged. There was work billed that we did not ask for. There was work said to be done but was not done. There were things asked to be done that was not done. The 2 invoices were nearly $3,000. He demanded full payment immediately or the golf cart would be kept and a mechanics lien put on it. He was argumentative, rude and disrespectful. He said we could not call, text, or come back to the garage.

The cart was in excellent condition driven into the shop. It was in pieces, did not run and had to be hauled to our house on a trailer when we picked it up. The brakes did not work at all and he was supposed to have adjusted them. The lug nuts were loose. I have too many complaints to list. I have contacted an attorney.
