June 8, 2020 I bought a pair of sandals online at janecloset.com. I was leery about paying because they only accept credit cards or debit cards. Legit online stores usually would accept paypal which I usually use. I did not listen to my instinct that because I love the picture of the sandals and the description that it is an orthopedic sandals, I fell for it. I ordered and paid $32.94. I asked questions the same day where it is coming from and when it will arrived. No response. Again I emailed 6/10/2020 warning them that if they do not respond, I will report them to authorities. Still no response.

After checking them out at BBB.org, they have complaints that it took the consumers to get the product and that the product is not the same as the picture. I filed BBB complaint against them asking for full refund. I emailed them almost everyday asking for a full refund. No response. The only email I got from them is the tracking number coming from CN meaning China. They never disclose online that the product is coming from China. 

Now I am assuming the company could be operating here in Fullerton CA but the product actually is coming from another country. Do not buy from this store because they do not respond nor they do accept a cancellation or refund. Case is still ongoing at BBB.org and FTC.

Company refuses to stop shipment and now that it is here refuses to give me a full refund. They are playing games because they asked for pictures 2x with the same email I had been responding to in the last 2 days. The product is red not burgundy. The quality is like you bought a pair of sandals weighing 5oz in a flea market worth $5. It is not orthopedic as they claimed.

These companies show nice pictures and they make other countries copy it. I scanned the photo and found a lot of websites selling the same exact sandals. So it looks like they are copying each other's photo and pasting them to their websites. They are offering a discount on the next order but they refused to refund.  Do not buy from them. The pictures they are showing in their site janecloset.com are just a "come on". If you order it, they will ask their company from other countries (mine came from China) to copy it.

You will get frustrated. They will not answer your emails of inquiry on when or where it is coming from. They will just answer you when it is almost at your doorstep. And they will use an excuse that it is too late to stop it. I reported the incident to BBB.org and FTC.
