Jim from service masters Abruptly quit after he took down contaminated drywall from a septic tank flood he trashed my house he texted me he was no longer continuing to restore my house fraud saying they make your house like new which they don't they quit so they can charge my insurance $8000 Fortson Georgia

Jim is one of those sorry men who treats women like this. He just wanted to get paid $7000 for doing 2 hours of cutting dry wall out. My insurance USAA was stupid enough to pay it. These water restoration companies are run my smiling criminals.

My insurance is a bunch of smiling crooks also not wanting to pay me. But pay criminals at these criminals all this money.

I did nothing to deserve this treatment from service masters. They are the worst of the worst then they billed for work they didn't do. He lied about not taking my sink out when I have pictures before I even hired him. He is a liar and a con man. 

Jim is full of it to think I'm going to respond nicely back to him. He didn't send all his text to the Alabama attorney general. But I sent them all my texts and pictures including me telling him off. He was dumb enough to send a picture of my sink before they took it out. My adjuster took pictures after they quit of the sink being uninstalled from the wall. 

Jim is a proven liar and a fraud. Of course, the Alabama attorney general office wouldn't do anything to them. They took action against Terminix for doing things similar to what Jim did. He tried to scare me of him putting in writing that he didn't touch my sink.

Everything is the woman's fault in Columbus ga, never the man's fault.

I had no idea what a bunch of liars people from service masters are. But you don't know who the bad ones are until they screw you over. But having his worker lie on a court document that he never took out my sink is a scummy thing to do! Jim is the one who abruptly quit for no reason, with him thinking he has permission to treat me like this & asking about where I am all the time.

I was the one who called him first then he tried to say that my insurance asked him. If he gets away with it even though I have pictures to prove he took my sink out it wouldn't surprise me here in phenix city. He even took a picture of my sink before he started work.

These bad businesses always lie about the consumer to make them look bad. I'm getting pretty fed up with it! They always lie in their response to your complaint turning it around on you. I am so angry this also proves the attorney general office is corrupt to the core. If they are a business out of phenix city the police protect them and the police put in their computer for the customer not to come back on the business property or they would be arrested.

  We should be able to sue the police for damages. 

These water restorations companies should be sued for deceptive advertising and fraud. They say we make your house like new, instead, they make your house worse. Then they make you out to be the villain the distressed homeowner to the attorney general office. Or the BBB whichever you complain to. It's not fair or right. But I saved jims text which he figured I didn't. That I wasn't demanding anything my text shows differently. 

 So I have them by the B.

Jim is nothing but a boldface liar. He tries to fault me for why he quit.  He took a picture of my bathroom before the worker took out the sink and unhooked the plumbing causing it to leak. He didn't take an after picture but my insurance adjuster did. He is going to have his worker sign a court affidavit to say he didn't unhook my sink. The other contractor who walked of the job did take pictures that they never touched my sink. 

I have pictures before I hired service masters that my sink was still attacked and nobody else touched it but his workers. I caught him in a number of lies about his plumber having a flat tire and was stuck in auburn. But after I left they both showed up because I have house cams outside and inside of my home. 

Jim can spend 5 years in prison for writing a false statement on a court document. So he better think twice before he does it. I have all my text saved between me and him before he abruptly quit. He said all my kitchen cabinets had to be replaced and his worker agreed. 

I had a right to get upset at Jim because there was no need for him to quit. But this is how companies treat single women in the south like garbage. He never was getting the estimates that he promised which is in writing. 

  I don't see how other people say they treated them right. They even right down in writing they did right by them. But service masters didn't do right by me and his worker tore up my edging in my flower bed in front of my house.

  It's not right to do people like this. Jim is still responsible for the mess in my house. He started work he never finished. I can't have family over or anything because they have no privacy in my extra bathroom because they took out the drywall.

They do this so they can charge your insurance $8,000 for a little bit of drywall they took out. This amount of money is only worth if they restored your home which service masters failed to do.  This is fraud and false advertising. 

We haven't hired anyone else since service masters. They want to steal from a single woman it only proves what loser scum they really are. Then leave after they make a big mess. If they have to steal like that from some woman who isn't married and can't afford to buy a new one. This really makes me mad at how they treated my mother.

Now I will order security cameras for all bedrooms now.  You don't know who are the bad companies out there until after they wrong you. But it's not right for them to steal from someone. We looked all around the house and can't find it.  But since we can't find it after Jim quit that proves right there they're the ones who stole it. For them to take advantage of a single female who isn't married makes them slime, scum of the earth.

But now ripoff report censors complaints accusing the consumer of cyber revenge. Well, the title of their site says "Don't let them get away with it! Let the truth be known!

It's the consumer who is cyber stalked cyber revenged by the pro-business people and the businesses themselves because they got money to sick lawyers on people to silence them. Besides working out the problem they pitch fits about being reported. And pay rip-off report to censor complaints now.

Jim made the comment we have other customers to think of also.  Like my problem didn't even matter to him. My house was unlivable and he was trying to delay so he could charge my insurance nearly $10,000 for tearing down a few pieces of damaged drywall that is what he had eric do. I have in a text message that Jim said all the kitchen cabinets would have to come down.

Then a few hours after that he texted me later that after noon that he was quiting. He also said that he wasn't going to answer any of my calls or text. Then other people say how wonderful services masters was & they got their home back in livable condition. But Jim caused us more distress. Since he resumed work tearing down more drywall. Service masters are responsible for my whole house now.

Jim is sorry dirt bad dishonest unethical business practices. Oh yeah, I caught him in a big lie about a plumber from his company saying he had a flat tire in Opelika. Then not even 5 minutes or 10 after we left our house here they both came driving up.  We have Vivint house cams installed on our house. You can't find anybody honest these days.
