I ordered a household cleaner October 18, 2019. It's now January 11, 2020. Still waiting! I have contacted them numerous times, and I receive an automated email stating I'll hear from them, but I never really do.

I've also requested a refund many times to no avail. Don't "purchase" anything from this place!!
