I purchased a high quality printed rug and what I got was nothing more than cheap crap. This is no rug, it is as thin as a flannel and made from a velour over a thin rubber type backing.

It was folded tightly into a bundle which caused permenant creases to the rug and the center of the rug was stretched so it now has permenant bulges throughout. I complained and they offered me a 30% dicount on my next order.

I said I want a 30% refund on this order as it is completely ruined, and I don't trust them to refund me if I sent the rug back. I get no reply to my emils to them.
