I sent 100% of the funds, PAYING ALMOST $ 10,000.00 upfront via wire transfer in December 2023 for four custom rims for my Bentley GT, as detailed in Inv-33908. It's been eight months since then, and I have not received any communication or callbacks for almost five long months, emails to Sales, Phone calls, nothing, period 

In February, the Sales Department at Loma & Mario emailed a RIM Photo that the shipment never arrived. The company attributed the delay to a flood in April, but there has been no further update since then. I have contacted you multiple times through emails and calls, but I am still awaiting a response regarding a delivery date or a refund. This situation is suspicious, as it has been eight months with almost four months of no updates. I am concerned that the company may have closed or is mishandling customers' funds. I was lied to in February 2024. The order was placed in Dec 2023. It's almost eight months, and there has been no communication for FIVE Months. Who does that? Not anyone? You should send 100% of the funds, possibly on delivery; if Loma can even deliver, I'll fall out of my seat...
