Lori ordered a transformer kit from us which was BRAND NEW, UNUSED. Once she receievd it she stated it was missing an adapter. We informed her we sent her EXACTLY what was listed in the ad and she received what she ordered. She then filed a dispute which we told her to return the item.
After inspecting the item the smell was evident immediately she returned a USED part with a fried transformer. We are out several hundred dollars due to this scam artist. Beware if you sell anything to this "woman". Photos attached of the garbage she returned which has a burnt up transformer , is scratched, bent and has been installed.

False report
AUTHOR: Lori - (United States)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, January 19, 2022
This report is false. We did not swap out a new part for a used part and return it. This was an ebay purchase and the transformer we received was missing a part that rendered it useless. I contacted a Pentair representative and they advised that a 3 pin terminal block should have been included with this transformer in order for it to function. I initiated a return per ebay protocol.
The seller, Brian Rejniak, acknowledged the part was missing. Screenshots of eBay communication attached. This item was not "several hundred dollars"; it was $115. Apparently this seller is upset because ebay increased his seller fees and decided to lash out on this forum instead of responding on ebay, which would be more appropriate in my opinion. I did just notice when researching the communication on ebay that the seller put "idiots" on the return invoice.... unprofessional and spiteful.
