I worked for this employer in 2018 and was told this would be a great career with good commission structure.  However, after only one week I was let go for no reason. I was just told that I was too smart for the job. When I received my check, over a month later, it was not for the amount I was promised--I received a personal check and he deducted taxes while never reporting it to social security since i never received a W2. 

The office was very uncomfortbale and i sat in a seat that had tar on it. I was the only female recruiter, there were five other males, and they sat me in front of a desk with a phone but no computer. I was told my "computer was ordered and on its way". I made hundreds of calls and then at the end of the week, I was let go.
