I took my car in to have the A/C serviced, the service manager gave me the deer in the headlight look when I explained how the A/C was fuctioning. (Should have given me the 1st indication to run). He explained they needed to recharge the system for 135.00 so I gave them the OK. Most repair shops advertize 59.95 A/C service but I was have a alignment done also. The next day the owner did a follow up (CYA) call see if I enjoyed my rip off, I explained to him that my A/C still was not working properly and was doing the same thing I just paid hime 135.00 to repair. He said bring it back in. Well this seemed like a good repair shop (noticed I said seemed) I returned 2 days later as I was out of town and it was the weekend. I did take my care back and explained to Gary the service mgr about the A/C and I got that same (deer in the head light look or you may say Oh sh@% look). I got a call several hours later saying how are you and I said good and you. Gary said well "I am better than you because your compressor in your little Mercedes has taken a dump" (actual quote). I asked how much to replace the compressor he quoted 1250.00. I refused the service because the car is still under factory warranty. I returned to pick up my car and he said that will be 119.95 and asked for what. He said dianogstics ?? What the heck was the 1st 135.00 for????? Also I now question the alignment as I was told 99.00 originally and got a call later saying I need a 350.00 part to adjust the camber. I agreed to pay extra.

In a nut shell I have paid these jokers over 700.00 bucks and still have no A/C and the aligmnent is not right. The 350.00 part that they say dont come with Mercedes is a lie according to the dealership.

If you drive a european car they expect you to open up your wallet and let Tyger buy a new toy. These people need to be STOPPED.

as much as i do not like this tyger guy-you do open yourself up to attack here--first off--if your car is under factory warranty-why would you bring it here to have your ac checked??--they also should have known and do know i am sure and should of declined service and said to you it was under warranty so bring it to mercedes--that is all i got to say about that--now in terms of the alignment-can you tell us what they said you needed---i am a mechanic and i have aligned mercedes,bmw, maserati-whatever---on some of the new mercedes to adjust front camber(according to the hunter alignment machine-you can even get a printout with the illustration and info) you need to get a special bolt that goes into the control arms which of course does not come with your car--but i am pretty sure this bolt does not cost 350$--you can also try to loosen the strut bolts and pry it side to side---but--why would you even want to adjust camber on this car!!!--do you know how many times i have heard camber wears your tires and blah blah blah??---i have yet to see it happen(unless it is compltely horrendous)---the camber on my car in the rear and front is off and i have NO tire wear-it has been like this for years--i only adjust the toe(i have a 2002 bmw 325ci)--what will effect wear is toe--also toe is what makes the car pull or not drive straight really---in any case--with all due respect--you are a dumbass with money obviously--this is what this business thrives on--i am sorry but i cannot feel bad for you--but i do acknowledge this is a rip off---next time i suggest if your going to buy a fancy car--educate yourself about it--please do not be like the rest of these typical weenies who think they are cool cause they drive a mercedes and know nothing about it---if you love someone-you know about them and them themselves correct?--why would people not treat there cars the same?--cause you have money and it is just a status commodity to you--you do not love your car!!--although i am not a fan of mercedes(i prefer bmw)-there are many people out there that would love to have this car but cannot afford it--this causes a greater need and love for this auto(like me and my bmw)---you should consider yourself lucky and love what you own--please educate yourself!!-----and to this dumb a*s tyger guy--i would suggest you don't come on here and post 50+ messages with different names claiming to be the best business around cause you are not fooling anyone you dumbass---i do not like people like you and how you do business--matter as fact-- i don't like anyone--with this-at least i am fair
