Michel Morvant ordered a 370$ printeer then stripped parts out of it then broke its scanner glass and forced a replacement to be shipped Jefferson lousiana

this ebay buyer going by the handle of gsup6953 on ebay ordered a hp color laserjet printer from us.  we shipped it packaged by fed ex and when it had been there for a couple of days, sent us a message that it had arrived with the scanner glass broken.  we had fed ex pick it back up and return it to us.  once fed ex had picked up the printer we sent a replacement printer to them.

when the original printer returned to us we examined it and found several loose and missing screws on the machine and it would no longer initiate.  closer examination found that the formatter board and network card had both been swapped out of the machine for defective ones and they had only half as*ed reassembled the printer.  marks on the screws inside the machine and the missing screws on the machine showed us this.

they stole parts from our printer then sent it back to us without any care to the packaging as it was also returned to us just dumped into the box on it's side and only partially assembled.

we tried to have our replacement printer we had sent reversed in shipment and contacted fed ex immediately on that monday yet they still delivered the package the next day to these theives.  In all we were ripped off for the shipping of 86$ twice, the printers themselves at 370 value of each printer, plus twice having fed ex package the item for 30$ each time. 

neither ebay nor fed ex would persue the matter and we are still going to file a police report on this company and individual who did this
