Michelle They are refusing to give me a refund on my shipping fee they requested to ship a prize they said I won in an email over 3 months ago. I never received any such prize and I have requested an refund of the $29.00 shipping fee I remitted to have it shipped numerous times with no success.

I have emailed,sent in support tickets numerous times to Michelle the admin of Sdtadvertising.com

Requesting my $29.00 I paid to have a prize shipped to me she claimed I won in email through a raffle the company randomly has for their customers who have purchased advertising packages from them.

I received this email on June 16 2020

I emailed her numerous times stating I haven't received a tracking number for concerning my shipment

She responded it takes up to 8 weeks to have it shipped. I told her I understand that however I should have received some type of shipping/tracking number or reference number from her already.

She got a lil frustrated with me telling my advertising package was worth far more than the prize

and she was going to cancel the shipment of it.

I ask why would she do that

Up to this point I already been waiting almost a month and I was excited that I actually won something 

The prize we are talking about is a Samsung Flex Tablet.

So I said I will wait longer

Well time went on without any tracking number or reference number

I emailed her again she said give it more time.

Well I waited a full 8 weeks excluding holidays and weekends

I started emailing her again and submitted support tickets requesting a refund

It's been like she is playing hide and seek with me

It's been very frustrating


I have given her my Bank account's Zelle email address.

I have given her my CashApp information

I have tried everything and she keeps giving me the run around

Sdtadvertisng  keeps refusing to give me a refund on my shipping fee they requested to ship a prize they said I won in an email over 3 months ago. I am starting to think the whole prize notification email she sent me was some of trick

 When you brought to Michelle's attention that she overlooked submitting your refund last week because she thought you wanted to wait, we submitted it to refunds the next day. So 10 business days from The 1st of October. Business days being Monday through Fridays. These are not our rules, these are general banking rules. If a dispute is lodged during this refund process, major problems will occur including banking fraud.

So I would highly suggest waiting for the credit to appear in your account. WOW -- Michelle has a total of 125 email exchanges with you in her records. I don't know any other company who's admin would communicate that much with a regular customer. Groovy. Have a great evening.
