Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Ordered a transmission from them in March 2020. They sent one but it was the wrong model for my truck. Called and emailed them in the spring and summer. They promised to send the correct model but never did. Finally they said they would refund my money but never did. I am still trying (Dec 2020) with another round of calls and email. $675 down the drain so far.
Unless they prove otherwise - they are not a good outfit. - I'll re submit review if they come through.

i have a judgement and with of execution against monterry truck and auto parts in houston,tx .i sued them in court i still havn't received my money . taking furthur steps through irs and other means .so far have his credit line stopped owner is joe ortiz and he owns other business he is a crook and should be in jail

i ripped off by this business last year i just sued them in a texas justice court their doing confrence calls on zoom .file your case with the justice court with a paralegal .i hired one out of texas ,you will get all your money back if not file a judgement against them i am waiting for the paper work from the court .you will win this they got an f rating from the bbb their crooks and with enough complaints the atty general will pull his business license
