Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I paid for gap insurance, they came back and stated the vehicle was for commerical purposes primarily and they would not pay the claim. I am left to pay for a vehicle I no longer have, thought I had GAP insurance on and no resources.

1. Was the car primarily used for commercial purposes as the insurance company indicated?
2. Did you adequately cover the car as a part of your business?
