Mr Abhijit Guha, the President of IL based company Data Consultants Corporation (www.DCCIL.com), is a big fraud. Mr Guha uses a couple of shell companies in India & Bangaldesh to allure low wages contractors and promises the moon to them. He compels them to travel to USA and work on Business Visas. He never pays the committed salary and fires the employees the moment they push for pending salary. He keeps on accumulating the pending package and later uses that amount as an instrument of arm-twisitng and blackmailing. He shouts at employees and misbehaves with women executives.

Abhijit Guha, had been operating in Chicago for last 33 years and have been applying this trick every time. He misbehaves with employees and denies to pay their medical benefits. He also carries out tax frauds. He doesn't declare the full salary to the employees in the Form 1040, as a result he frauds the tax calculation. 

Abhijit Guha doesn't pay salary for weeks together to the employees. Any agreement is a matter of joke to him. He does the same thing with the clients. He charges them of AMCs, but never gives them the benefit of Annual Maintenance contract. As a result he gets fired by the clients quite often.

Overall, it becomes pensive for the employees to see the owner of the company driving new Mercedes, Tesla, BMW cars every 6 months, but while asking for salary, hearing "I donot have money"! He also uses his townhouse as a commercial property and uses the same as a guest house of his company. In the past he also conducted insurance frauds. Overall, Mr Abhijit Guha is a big fraud.
