I hired him to pour a 10x10 cement slab and put together a shed. He asked for 50 % so that he could purchase supplies. I gave him $750 and never saw him again. I called and sent text messages for weeks. He started threatening me and then blocked my number.

Before this incident, I had him put together some furniture. He completed it in one day. I did not pay him until he finished the job.
