Common thieves. Took payment in full, tore off old roof, leaving spots bare, walked off job, and never finished. But attempted extortion of more money, to complete. Now, have to find and pay replacement roofer to save my building.

Stole my tools, forced civil litigation for Breach of Contract, only to sue a begger, and catch a louse.
